Where are you based?
I'm from the EU.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, I ship to many countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. If you can't find your country please contact me.
Do you ship to the United-States?
Yes. If you correctly select your country on the home page, you will see all the products that can be shipped to the US.
- "In stock" items (stickers, prints, bookmarks...) are shipped as letter format, by me.
- "Made-to-order" products are shipped by my manufacturer to you directly.

What are your shipping times?
I typically ship within 2 weeks. Shipping times may vary depending on external factors.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
How can I contact you?
You can contact me through my contact form about your order, or on socials @ssuupernova for any question.
When will sold out items be restocked?
If a product you want is sold out, you can look for a "made-to-order" alternative. It's available for many products on my shop.
At the moment I can't take any inventory risk so a restock is not possible.
"In stock" and "Made to order"
Why are products separated in these two categories?
On my shop, “IN STOCK” and “MADE TO ORDER” products have different shipping profiles because they are not shipped from the same country. If your cart contains products with different shipping profile, the shipping costs will be combined at checkout and your items will be shipped in two separate packages.
- “IN STOCK” : Shipped by me.
- “MADE TO ORDER” : Shipped directly by my manufacturer.
Why are some products "Made to order" only?
Some products are now made-to-order and shipped directly by my manufacturer to you to:
- Reduce inventory risks.
- Limit shipping problems, especially to the US considering the new import regulations. This is the only way at the moment for me to ship objects to the US. I can send letters, but not merchandise.
How long will I have to wait for my "Made to order" product?
- Production : 3 - 10 days
- Transit : 8 - 15 days
I’ll send you the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped!
Please note that production can take a bit longer during China public holidays in february and october.
Additional information
As I don’t handle shipping for made-to-order items, they come in plain packaging. While it may not be the cutest, your order will arrive safely and well protected. ♥
